Floretta is a design and development studio operated by Kelwin P., based in New York City, NY, United States. We design and build websites, brands, and business systems for clients who want professional work without agency overhead.

Our website is floretta.studio. We don't run a public support inbox -- the best way to reach us is to book a free consultation or start with the FAQ page.

By engaging Floretta, you agree to these terms for any of the services we offer:

• Custom website design & development -- websites designed and built from scratch around your business.
• E-commerce & SEO setup -- online stores and search foundations that help customers find and buy from you.
• Brand identity & logo design -- logos, color systems, and visual identities that make you recognizable.
• Landing page & funnel design -- focused pages built to convert visitors into leads and customers.
• Website maintenance & support plans -- ongoing updates, fixes, and monitoring so your site stays healthy.
• Digital marketing & growth -- campaigns and content that bring the right people to your business.
• Custom business systems & software -- internal tools and automations built around how you actually work.

Project work

Project work is custom-quoted. The full project fee is due in advance, before work begins. We send an invoice with a Stripe payment link and bank transfer details, and your project is scheduled once payment clears. We don't work on deposits or split billing -- paying upfront is what reserves the time.

Additional work

Anything outside the agreed scope -- extra revision rounds, new features, or any work after a project is complete -- is quoted in advance as a change order and paid in full before that work begins.

Recurring plans

Monthly plans are billed automatically as subscriptions through Stripe and renew each cycle until cancelled.

The short version:

• Project payments are final -- once paid, project fees are non-refundable in whole and in part. You're purchasing reserved time and custom work that can't be resold, and that time is committed the moment your project is scheduled.
• Cancelling -- you can walk away at any point, but the fee stays paid. We'll hand over whatever has been completed as-is.
• Subscriptions -- cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; there are no prorated or partial-month refunds.

None of that means we disappear if something's wrong. If a deliverable doesn't match what we agreed, we fix it at no charge -- see section 6. The full details live in our Refund Policy.

Good work is a two-way street. As a client, you agree to:

• Provide content, feedback, and access (accounts, credentials, assets) on the agreed schedule so the project stays on track.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you supply -- text, images, logos, fonts, or data.
• Review deliverables in a timely manner so we can move through revisions and approvals without stalling the project.

Timelines we quote are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by late content, slow feedback, or scope changes will shift delivery dates accordingly.

Revisions during the build

Every project includes a set number of revision rounds, stated in your project agreement -- typically 3 rounds for design work and 2 rounds for development, with some plans including more (the Unlimited Product Design plan, for example, includes unlimited revisions). A round is one consolidated list of written feedback. Additional rounds are billed at $75/hour and paid before that work begins.

Acceptance

You have 7 days from delivery to tell us in writing if anything doesn't match the agreed scope. We'll correct any mismatch at no charge. After 7 days -- or as soon as you publish or start using the work -- the project is accepted, closed, and final.

After acceptance, it's yours

Once a project closes, you own and control the deliverables and the accounts they live in. Everything after that point is billable at $75/hour, or a flat fee quoted in advance -- design changes, content edits, new pages, fixes, platform or plugin updates, hosting problems, and questions that need investigation. We're also not monitoring, backing up, or maintaining anything after delivery.

• You own the final deliverables once the project is paid in full.
• Floretta retains its methodologies, processes, and general knowledge -- the reusable know-how that isn't specific to your project.
• Third-party licenses (fonts, stock assets, plugins) remain with their respective owners and are governed by their own terms, and keeping them current after delivery is your responsibility.
• We may show completed work in our portfolio, with your permission.

We keep your business information confidential. Anything you share with us during a project -- strategy, data, credentials, unreleased plans -- stays between us and is used only to do the work.

If your project needs a formal NDA, just ask. We're happy to sign one on request.

We do good work and we stand behind it, but beyond what's expressly stated in these terms or your project agreement, services are provided as-is.

We can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes -- no honest provider can. What we can promise is professional work, delivered as agreed.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is capped at the amount you paid for those services.

We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, and we don't guarantee specific business results or performance metrics.

Either party can end the working relationship:

• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Project work can be ended by either side in writing. We hand over whatever is complete as-is, and the project fee stays non-refundable.
• We may also end a project if you go unresponsive for 14 days, or ask for work we reasonably object to.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in New York, NY.

We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
