1. Company Information

Floretta is operated by Kelwin P., a sole proprietorship located in the United States. We specialize in providing custom software development, web development, mobile app development, AI integration services, and technology consulting.

2. Services Offered

Floretta provides the following services:

Custom Software Development: Tailored software solutions to meet specific business needs

Web Development: Responsive websites and web applications using modern technologies

Mobile App Development: Native and cross-platform mobile applications

AI Integration Services: Implementation of artificial intelligence solutions
•
Technology Consulting: Strategic advice on technology solutions and digital transformation

3. Payment Terms

Project-Based Services:

•A 50% deposit is required before project commencement
•Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and delivery
•For projects exceeding $10,000, payment may be divided into milestone-based installments as agreed in writing

Recurring Services:

•Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month
•Payment terms are Net 15 days from invoice date
•A 1.5% monthly service fee may be applied to overdue accounts

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, checks, and major credit cards. All payments must be in US Dollars unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Refund Policy

Project Deposits:

•Deposits are refundable if the client cancels within 48 hours of signing the contract
•After work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable but will be credited toward the final project cost

Completed Work:

Final payments for completed and delivered work are non-refundable. However, we will work with clients to address any legitimate concerns or issues with the delivered product.

Recurring Services:

•Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
•No refunds for partial months of service
