Pricing & Payment
How much do your services cost?+
Project work is custom-quoted by scope — websites start at $100, and custom systems range up to $25,000. Monthly plans start at $20/month (Essential) and scale to $1,500/month (Unlimited Product Design). Full details are on the Pricing page.
How does payment work?+
Project work is paid in full upfront, before we begin -- you get an invoice with a Stripe payment link or bank transfer details, and your project is scheduled once it clears. For ongoing work, our monthly plans are billed as subscriptions you can cancel anytime.
Is there a money-back guarantee?+
No -- project payments are final and non-refundable, because you're reserving time and custom work that can't be resold. What you do get: revision rounds during the build, and a 7-day window after delivery to flag anything that doesn't match what we agreed, which we fix at no charge.
What happens after my project is delivered?+
It's yours -- your domain, your hosting, your files, your accounts, all in your name. We're not maintaining or monitoring it after handover, so any later changes, fixes, or support are quoted and billed separately. If you'd rather have upkeep handled, our monthly plans start at $20/month.

Project Timeline & Process
How long does it take to complete a project?+
Project timelines vary from 2-4 weeks for basic websites to 4-12 weeks for complex applications. We provide detailed timelines during consultation.
What is your development process?+
We follow an agile development process: consultation, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment with regular client updates throughout.
How many revisions are included?+
Design projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions, and development projects include 2 rounds -- plenty to get things just right. Some plans come with more (our Unlimited Product Design plan, for example, includes unlimited revisions). A round is one consolidated list of written feedback, so send everything together rather than piecemeal. If you'd like extra rounds beyond what's included, we're happy to keep going at $75/hour.

Do you provide mobile-responsive designs?+
Yes, all our designs are fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices to ensure the best user experience.
Do you offer SEO optimization?+
Yes, we implement SEO best practices including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and performance optimization to improve search rankings.
Can you integrate with existing systems?+

Support & Maintenance
Do you provide ongoing support?+
Yes, we offer comprehensive support packages including maintenance, updates, security monitoring, and technical support with 24-48 hour response times.
What if I need changes after the project is complete?+
After we deliver, you have 7 days to tell us in writing if anything doesn't match what we agreed -- we'll correct that at no charge. Once the project closes, it's yours to control, and any further work is billed at $75/hour or a flat fee quoted in advance -- including small tweaks. If you'd rather have changes and upkeep handled continuously, our monthly plans start at $20/month and include update time each month.

Yes, we provide comprehensive training sessions to help you and your team effectively use and manage your new systems and websites.

Can you build custom software or business systems for our company?+
Yes. Our Custom Systems & Software pillar covers custom website development, business management systems, inventory and scheduling tools, workflow automation and integrations, and internal dashboards and reporting. We design every system around how your team actually works -- not a generic template.
How is a custom system different from off-the-shelf software?+
Custom systems are designed around your specific workflows, data, and constraints, instead of forcing your business to adapt to someone else's product.
